SO YOU WANT TO BE AN AGENT OF CHANGE, EH?

… WHAT DOES BECOMING AN AGENT OF CHANGE MEAN?

Let’s say you have been using our hemp CBD oil and it is changing your life for the better. You have friends, family and co-workers that can also benefit from this miraculous plant. Sharing it with them makes you an Agent of Change (AOC), and our organic cooperative wants to give you free CBD for doing so. You can also get free CBD by volunteering at our farm. We donate 10% of our production to people who cannot afford it and 10% goes towards research and protecting hemp from the tyranny of government and corporations.

When you become an AOC, you are standing up for the future of natural medicine. You are helping keep the incredibly healing hemp crop out of the hands of large corporations, and you are standing up for the small organic farmer. Our collective goal is to make sure this healing plant remains pure, available, and affordable to any and all who can use it. We price our oil at 8 cents per milligram (coops get an additional 20% off), a huge savings compared to the 20-30 cents per mg that the majority of companies are charging.

We can also private label all our products for you. We want to provide the best quality oil in as many avenues so we welcome people who want to private label and those who want to use our oil to enhance their own creations.

HOW IT WORKS

If you’d like to begin by getting a case of 12 jars, you keep one jar and send us the money as you sell it or as you use it. It is on consignment. Prepay the case and you get two free jars, so you pay for 10 jars and get two for free. You can keep those jars for yourself, give them to someone who needs it, or sell them for extra money. You are welcome to mark up each jar to earn yourself a profit for your efforts. We do not have a price cap applied to our product but we ask that you stay true to our mission by offering fair pricing and using the highest of ethical and moral practices. If you come across someone who can not afford the product, we encourage you to help them get set up to be an agent of change just like you! You will receive an additional free jar of oil for every new agent of change you recruit.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteers have helped us from the first season in 2015. These gracious and hard working people from all of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, California and a few other states that I have forgotten.

Our volunteers will help with transplanting, planting in the field, watering, harvesting, hand stripping our hemp plants, storing the crop, bottling and labeling the CBD. In addition we have several work parties a year to do something major at the farm. Contact us to apply.

INTERN

Our interns live at our flagship or sister farm, year-round or seasonally.

Our farm is located in Fort Collins Colorado, just 2.5 miles from the center of town known as Old Town. Fort Collins is a thriving college town surrounded by farms, rural properties, wild life sanctuaries and forests. We are a worker cooperative farm growing vegetables, strawberries, dahlias, conducting a hemp genomics project, and growing organic hemp. We are vertically integrated and make a line of CBD products to eat and use topically.

We are certified WWOOF Host Site and we belong to to WWOOF USA and ask for interns to join as well so we can all be on the same page.

Mission of WWOOF

  • lend a helping hand wherever needed
  • experience rural living in the USA

We are looking for WWOOFers that are motivated, hard working, coachable and interested in learning. The work will involve education in organic farming, hemp growing, CBD product making and cooperatives. We can use help all year long depending on our goals for the season.

We are looking for a qualified person who is educated and trained in distillation and extraction of essential oils. This person should know the fundamentals of chemistry and physics, be able to teach/mentor another, work side by side with staff. A can-do attitude and creativity in processing design are a must.Opportunities to hire based on performance.

During the summer we can provide land for camping or outdoor living, food, transportation (a bike) and limited car transportation. In the winter we are cloning hemp plants for the outdoor season. It is preferable if people can come with a minimum of three weeks but ideal would be 6-8 weeks or even the whole season.

There are many festivals with music, local breweries and specialized arts like Yoga and martial arts during the summer. The Poudre river and wildlife cache has bike and hiking trails nearby.

We are a dry camp/no-alcohol farm, and are looking for people with integrity, a good work ethic, strong communication skills, and the willingness to be open to coaching, training and development.
