I’ve been using the CBD in safflower oil, daily, (two-droppers-full,) for about six years. I have absolutely zero, nada, zilch pain in my body and have never felt so good in my entire life! Initially, when I first began ingesting the CBD oil, it took approximately four weeks before the CBD kicked into my endocannabinoid system. This is an important fact of CBD: depending on your body size, it may take two to six weeks for the molecules to kick in to your system, so it is very important to stay vigilant with the daily doses until you feel better than ever before. Once your body is dialed in, and you forget a dose or two, because you’re feeling so good, suddenly these subtle jabs of muscle pain appear, and are stark reminders to remember to ingest the oil! My favorite way is to take a dropper of the oil, sublingually, twice a day, for pain-free maintenance! My dog also gets one dropper per night and she is in great health, too! I’m so grateful to Lisa Law for introducing Iginia & the FPS cooperative to me several years ago.
